EL PASO ARTISTS WEIGH IN WITH HUGE RESPONSE!
Dec 2 2009 -- The response to the Artist Market survey in El Paso has been tremendous! What this reveals, initially, is that there is a huge unfilled need for housing and facilities for artists in El Paso. The local supporters of Artspace are energized like never before and cannot wait to share the results of the survey with the thousands of El Pasoans who have become supporters of the project. We all look forward to moving this process forward and bringing you all along as engaged participants. Thanks El Paso!!
Performing Artists Wanted!!!
Oct 19 2009 -- The survey is going great...but, it seems that we are not reaching the local performing arts sector. In order to have a diverse respondent pool we are asking that actors, singers, dancers and other performing artists complete the survey. If you are a performing artist interested in living in downtown El Paso please take the survey. If you have performing artist friends please forward them a link to this website, or direct them to the "Artspace El Paso" facebook profile to learn more.
Seeking Artspace El Paso Ambassadors
Oct 9 2009 -- Help us spread the word about the online survey that is now live! For instance, if anyone is going to the Chinati Festival this weekend you could make some "artspaceelpasosurvey.org" or "artspaceelpaso.com" t-shirts. Or get more creative in your appproach! We will soon have printable flyers available for download too. You can print out and distribute wherever you go. Sign up as a volunteer on this site and we will be in touch ASAP.
