Artists' Communities in the Downtown Core (AC/DC), a committee of volunteers in El Paso, Texas, is actively working with Artspace, "America's Leading Nonprofit Real Estate Developer For the Arts", conducting an extensive survey to determine whether building 30-60 affordable live/work spaces specifically for artists of all disciplines is feasible in downtown El Paso.
The affordable apartments/studios would include public spaces for income-qualified artists to work, show, sell, perform, and generally support the arts. If you are passionate about your art, music or artistic craft - or know others who are - please fill out this form and spread the word.
